I absolutely love the A-Z product! Whenever I start to get muscle cramps I know I am low on something. A-Z has everything, so it is a quick fix! 1-2 spoonfuls of this and the results are almost immediate. I have literally woke up in the night from toe or calf cramps (especially when I was pregnant) and taken a spoonful of A-Z and been able to get instant relief and go back to sleep. It is crazy!
OK, I love this mineral powder. Ever since I was a kid I love to take a spoonful of powder and then get some water swish it around in my mouth and swallow. I feel like this helps sore muscles as well as my overall health so much. Some people may prefer to capsule it, but I actually love love the taste.
