I have been using Mivita Minerals my whole life and it is my go-to for pretty much everything. I love the liquid Mivita for sun burns, sprains, sore throats and so much more! For sore throats, I gargle and drink it, or put it in a spray bottle and spray it directly in my throat. For burns and sprains I soak a cloth with the Mivita and put it directly on the area. I also love to pack those injuries overnight by covering the wet cloth with plastic wrap and letting it sit all night. It is amazing that most things will be noticeably better after the first application. Sometimes instant relief especially on burns!
OK, I have been using this product since I was a child so over 40 years now. I use it internally if I have a sore throat or just as a prevention, but I use it externally all the time! I use it if I have a hangnail, a burn, a cut, a sprained ankle a broken bone earache literally everything. I love the liquid, but I also love the cream. My toenail got snagged the other day and ripped really really deep and it was starting to be very sore. I put my vitamin mineral cream on it and within hours there was zero pain. I cannot be without this product in both cream and liquid.

I have loved this product since the moment I started taking it. So many uses and healing properties. I have taken it and do still take it internally maybe by mixing with a little apple juice or straight either way to heal my insides. I use it on face for helping with my blemishes, use it on cuts and sores when a boo boo occurs. I have soaked wounds and broken feet . This product has helped me in my own experience by healing things like this . I am currently helping a friend with it by wrapping her burns. The Gallon is the biggest savings, I get 4 quarts for the price of 3, this is what I use for my family. I have a quart bottle in my refrigerator at all times, to be used for any burns and to put in my water each day, it taste better cold. I also keep a spray bottle with Mivita in it, to be used for spraying the throat when I have a sore throat, I keep the Gallon under my sink and use it to refill the Quart and spray bottle that I keep in my refrigerator. Mivita does not require refrigerating but it taste better and it needs to be cold when using it on burns. I have found that when I use it on a burn it is best to saturate a white cotton sheet or thin cloth in cold Mivita, apply it to the burn and cover with plastic wrap to help hold in the moisture, then apply a cold pack over the top to keep it cold until the heat of the burn is gone, I continue using the Mivita until it is healed, this way I get little to no scarring.
I have used the Mivita Minerals all my life.
