I have been using Mivita Minerals my whole life and it is my go-to for pretty much everything. I love the liquid Mivita for sun burns, sprains, sore throats and so much more! For sore throats, I gargle and drink it, or put it in a spray bottle and spray it directly in my throat. For burns and sprains I soak a cloth with the Mivita and put it directly on the area. I also love to pack those injuries overnight by covering the wet cloth with plastic wrap and letting it sit all night. It is amazing that most things will be noticeably better after the first application. Sometimes instant relief especially on burns!

cannot say enough good things about Mivita liquid. It has been a staple in our home for years and I am so grateful for it. We have used it on burns, (severe and mild). My child picked up a hot curling iron. Fingers and palm of her hand were blistering. We immediately put her hand in Mivita we keep in the fridge. She stopped crying quickly. We noticed the mivita eventually became almost warm from pulling the heat out of her hand. We knew we needed to change out for cold mivita liquid when she started crying again. As soon as she put her hand back in cold mivita , she stopped crying. Repeated the process until mivita pulled all the heat out! We are customers for life! We have used it on pink eye, any cut , bug bite or sunburn. It is always my first to grab!
Being a boy and maybe just a little bit of a “pyro” I’ve had a lot of burns in my life. The Mivita liquid takes the burn away almost instantly. I’m also an Electrician and got hit by 277 V on my hand and it burned me pretty good. I soaked my hand in Mivita liquid and the burning and tingling sensation went away almost immediately. No scars or marks left behind either from where the electricity entered my hand and also where it exited. Amazing healing capabilities. Truly incredible stuff!
