I was so happy to find this supplement because of it's high level of Vitamin D. One of these capsules is like taking half a bottle of the supplements you can buy in stores. We use these regularly and especially before a trip just to make sure our immune system is ready for anything that comes at us. Since taking these before vacation we have not been sick on a trip. I find the price is so good for the product you get!
This is my favorite vitamin D to take for myself. If I’m going on a trip, I will always just take one before I go and one when I get home and it completely helps boost my immune system. Most of my kids could not swallow a pill till they were much older so I love the chewable one on this website as well, but this is my favorite one to take.
This is my favorite D3 i have ever used. I hardly EVER get sick. And i love that this dose only needs to be taken once a week vs daily (im terrible at remembering to take something everyday). Would recommend everyone takes this weekly! (especially during cold/flu season, or during the winter!)
